Thank you to everyone who attended the 2012 Edmonton Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival. This year's Festival was a huge success thanks to all of the participants and consumers who came out, celebrated, served, and sampled the best food, wine, beer, and premium spirits in Edmonton. We look forward to seeing you next year!

Tickets are day specific and only valid for one session. Each session is the same. An entrance ticket brings you into the Grand Tasting Hall where you can purchase Festival sampling coupons (with cash only), allowing you to customize what you try and how much you spend.

Take the fast-track to flavour with a Front of the Line ticket. A Front of the Line ticket guarantees immediate entrance into the Grand Tasting Hall through an exclusive entrance, convenient access to a sampling coupon booth, a sample of bubbly, a gourmet chocolate and a bottle of water voucher.
Corporate tickets are available for groups of 20 or more on Friday or Saturday.
Sampling coupons are available for $0.50 and can be purchased at the Grand Tasting Hall. Samples range from 1 to 20 or more coupons, depending on the item. Prices per sample are set by exhibitors. Note that coupons can be purchased with cash only inside the hall.
Please note that this is an adult only event. All attendees must be 18 years or older. Minors (including infants and babies) are not permitted to attend. Please remember to enjoy your beverages responsibly.

The 2012 Edmonton Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival was a great success. On November 2nd and 3rd the Festival returned to the Shaw Conference Centre for its 11th year. Attendees indulged in an impressive selection of premium wines, spirits, and import and micro-brewed beer, as well as cuisine from an assorted group of Edmonton's top restaurants and hotels. Guests enjoyed a mouth-watering array of beverage samples and Edmonton's top eats within a fun, relaxed, and social atmosphere.
The Edmonton Grand Tasting Hall featured a distinguished collection of wines from around the globe, premium spirits, single malt and blended scotches, port, specialty liqueurs, and import and micro-brewed beer. Guests paired beverages with a delicious selection of nibbles from local restaurants, hotel and food purveyors. Offering something for everyone, products ranged from value based to ultra-exclusive. The Grand Tasting Hall offered a unique opportunity to explore new products, interact with the experts and discover new finds. With an onsite Liquor Depot store, attendees were able to pick up new, exciting products and old favourites on the spot!

While guests indulged in the wide selection of gourmet food samples offered at the Festival, they noted their favourite restaurant's sample for a chance to win four tickets and $100 in sampling coupons to next year's Festival. On Thursday, November 1st, 2012 Liquor Depot once again hosted The Experience, an evening of gourmet food, fine wine, premium beer, high end spirits and exclusive auction items. This all-inclusive event offered attendees a preview of the Edmonton Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival, along with the opportunity to participate in an unforgettable silent auction. All profits from this event were donated to the University Hospital Foundation's campaign for Prostate Health and to the Edmonton Opera. Read more...
Part of the proceeds from bottled water sales at the Festival will be donated to Canadian Tire Jumpstart, a charity that helps disadvantaged youth participate in sport and recreation activities.
