The Banff Grand Tasting Hall

Thank you to everyone that attended and participated in the 1st annual Banff Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival! Thanks to the tremendous support that we received from consumers, exhibitors and sponsors the Festival was a huge success.

Consumers were treated to an exceptional collection of wine, port, scotch, beer, coolers and spirits. Click here for a list of wineries and other beverages that were available at the Banff Festival.

An array of delicious samples were prepared by chefs at some of the top restaurants from Banff and Lake Louise. Click here for a list of some of the scrumptious samples that were served. Participating restaurants included Buffalo Mountain Lodge, Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge, Giorgio's Trattoria, Lake Louise Station Restaurant, Maple Leaf Grill & Spirits Lounge, The Banff Centre, The Bison Mountain Bistro & General Store, The Sunshine Mountain Resort at Sunshine Village, and Wild Flour Banff's Artisan Bakery Café.

We have awarded this year’s door prize which was sponsored by Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort. The lucky winner will enjoy a two night Ski & Stay package for two in the heart of Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort. The package includes valet parking upon arrival, two night's of accommodation in the newly renovated Sunshine Mountain Lodge, two day lift passes, and access to the First Tracks in the morning. This Ski & Stay package is valued at over $900.
